Kingdom Business Training
Ekisinga Kingdom business training is an 11-module business curriculum with many life lessons woven throughout ………. The foundation of good work is rooted in the truth of the Word of God. We are all created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), and we have a responsibility to follow the example Jesus sets for us. We prepare for business by cultivating our spirit, understanding that work is a form of worship —the foundation of our business. If we worship through work with a Christ-like character, only then can we develop our hearts and minds, so our thinking and actions align with God. Kingdom business training helps us to create a biblical worldview and prepares us for success in the marketplace and in all areas of life.
We believe in asset-based development that recognizes God as the source of everything and that he requires us to be good stewards and to provide for our families. We help students identify their current gifts, abilities, knowledge, skills, and assets. Equipping people to become God-honoring influencers in the marketplace, the home, the church, the village, and beyond.
Dr. Leslie Mosher wrote the curriculum we use for the East African context. Each module has a biblical theme that gives a framework for the business lessons. Our teaching style uses an interactive approach, encouraging all students to participate in small- and large-group activities. Students are encouraged to ask questions at any point along the way. Ekisinga uses a “team teaching” approach to enrich our classroom experience. Team teaching helps with collaborative planning, shared teaching, and continuous evaluation. Which means we tailor the training to the class's needs and make all subjects relevant to the students' interests.
Train the Trainer Program
This training occurs in real time during class and immediately after. Train the Trainer is a program to partner with local ministries, organizations, schools, vocational programs, and churches. We help you do what you are doing even better, and we help you invest in Uganda’s greatest asset: its people!
As we teach through our 11-module curriculum, your key people learn to be trainers. So, if your organization eventually wants to conduct its own business training, we will train your trainers to use this curriculum to its fullest potential. This program is currently offered free when you have hired us to teach the Kingdom Business Course in its entirety, and you have purchased the curriculum from the author.

Ekisinga Trainers are certified to lead the Helping Without Hurting in Africa training. We can conduct HWHIA training for your organization privately or offer an open enrolment class open to the public. It is a 2-week program to be completed in two separate weeks. HWHIA is designed to inspire churches, pastors, and community leaders to transform their communities. The training aims to change people’s mindsets and help them apply biblical principles to care wisely and compassionately for poor people without unintentionally hurting them.
The target audience is community leaders, Christian leaders, pastors, church leaders, missionaries, government workers, NGO workers, and those working within their communities to alleviate material poverty.
